YEAH BOY 350 ALL THE WAY
(If I had to choose, I’m a Ford guy. Oops.)

So go 351. Although I think this is a better choice.

454 or bust!
...or burnt.

Drop to 305 and you won't burn anything. It'll just sit there forever without incedent.

Unfortunately my oven goes in 5 degree increments. I’d love to set it at 302, but it’ll only give me 305, which is fucking useless.

No love for 392?

I can choose whatever temperature I like on mine, but 351 degrees could potentially RUIN EVERYTHING

Or what about the 307 in my neighbors ‘67 C10? It originally came from a Buick in Canada.

That’s 48 degrees less than what I needed.

Here in Colorado, we cook everything at 420....

Back in like 2007, we had this massive 1988 GMC Sierra 3500, single cab, automatic, long bed, 2WD, with the 454. That thing was a beast.

That’s so awesome. Any pics?

I like to broil things. 500CI for the win!

If we had pics, they’re gone. And that kinda sucks because the truck was really cool.
